Quick, easy and efficient.

Installer fitted both a softener and quooker hot water tap. Installer turned up on time, was professional and got the job done on time with no mess left, as well as talking me through everything on how it worked. Definitely happy with everything and well priced.

Replacement of system was carried swiftly and promptly. Only comment is that communication with Admin Office could be improved regarding date of visit. Was postponed by Pure Choice but not communicated to us until we telephoned!

Ten years of great service
We have used Pure Choice since February 2015 when they installed our Hague 400 Maximizer water softener.
They have given us great service and helped out when we had to reinstall the softener after a kitchen upgrade.
Ten years and three months later, we needed a new softener and again Pure Choice came up trumps with the Hague 410 Maximizer (an improved model).
