Customer service is non-existent. You can email "support" until the cows come home. They just will NOT reply.
The app is good (we've used it for 7 years) but you had better hope you never have a technical issue but they simply ignore their ($1,000 a year) paying customers.
Their plugin has been removed from the WordPress store because it is not secure and they haven't done anything about it!

Bought a envy 6032 printer last week from Currys all OK until I sent it up, didn't give me the 5 months free ink trial, sent HP a message no reply. Called the helpline told me they would call me back.. went on Purechat which was a link on their web page. Very strange conversation I thought it was a scam still not sure, very unprofessional service.
I won't be having the free ink trail very difficult company to contact. And Purechat weird customer service Scam?
