Ordered 2 vapes November 2025 and both were empty! Ordered from them again June 2026, same problem, empty. They sent 2 replacements and yes, they are empty also! I will take my business elsewhere! Enough is enough!! Be cautious if you order "Hempzilla"brand vapes from them! Idk if it's this company's issue or the manufacturer of that specific vape but it is an issue that needs to be addressed and fixed asap!

I placed an order on the 18th it's already cleared my account but on the website it still says processing, and I've called twice about it and both times I do get a guy i believe the same person cuz they both said they can't look into it at the moment they aren't in front of a computer, which is odd, and I've emailed twice aswell and did get a response back but it didn't acknowledge my issue just made it sound like I'm an employee. Stay away from this company I don't believe it's a legitimate business and I will be reporting it to the FTC.
