Absolutely brilliant process
Absolutely brilliant process from start to finish
I found a design I liked online and reached out to PureCarrats about getting it made.
From there I sent over the photos to Eloise, then she turned them into CAD designs very quickly. After about a week of refining the design, the piece was ready to make. It arrived quickly and it is absolutely stunning and my gf loves it!! The diamond is stunning and the design was effectively fully custom.

Premium product with a personal service
Such a personal service, I felt like my requirements were fulfilled. We created a bespoke wedding and engagement ring together, step by step and I was pleased with such a premium product that my wife is now also very happy with. Technological aids really helped us to visualise what the rings were going to look like and let us go into more detail.

The service and quality is 10/10. I had the centre stone (Saphire) of my engagement ring replaced with a beautiful Diamond and Elle was super helpful from start to finish, she kept me informed the whole way through and I couldn't be happier with the result! I highly recommend.

Such a fun process, would 100% recommend!
We had something very specific in mind when we decided on our wedding/ engagement rings and I had briefed my partner on this years in advance to make sure he got it spot on when he decided it was time to propose. Eloise was so brilliant with guiding Matt through the whole process and my engagement ring is exactly what I had imagined in my head since I was little. When it was time to go back and sort out our wedding rings we had so much fun. Eloise was so knowledgable but also just a gorgeous human being. She’s so warm and friendly. It was such an enjoyable process. We would recommend her to anyone. She really took away any stress that we had about the process. I’ll be so proud of my rings forever, they are stunning and timeless.
