I think that I have already explained this in my review, but a very great product high-quality it lasts. I’ve never had a break. Never had a kid complain about them breaking kids break everything highly recommend.

I first found this product in a little store in Camden, Maine, "The Smiling Cow", that I have frequented many years during annual vacations. Upon returning home, some people commented on the buttons. Wanting to purchase more, I went on line and found your store. I have already given away several, some to complete strangers. Thank you for producing this reminder.

Hello Susan, I took a look at your order details and pulled up the transaction with our credit processor and I do not see any evidence of double billing. You may be referring to the rush fee you chose during checkout, but this is an optional up charge.
