I'm putting this review here so that anyone else who looks to buy a property where the leasehold is managed by Pure Block make sure to fully investigate fees and don't make the same mistake I did.
It's June 2025 I've paid 7k in various fees since 2021 and I haven't received this year's charges yet
When I brought my flat my solicitors in conversation with the management company requested information on the service charge and were sent proof that it was £650 per year as advertised by the estate agency.
It's actually almost three times this amount and the company are really slow to provide repairs. I had to write to my local MP to get them to replace the rotten windows I had paid for.
When they switched from Garness Jones they weren't registered with a regulatory body so I couldn't seek support. I hope they start to improve as a company. But after receiving an invoice yesterday for one penny due to poor accounting, I'm dubious
