Getting spammed by stupid people using this platform

A below average product with an unfriendly management team. We (a small, struggling business) were 1 week over our 3 month notice period, instead of being understanding (as many other companies would be), they immediately threatened to sue us unless we renewed for a year. I've noticed similar aggressive behavior mentioned by other reviewers.

It has been 4 years since Serene Media left their review but it seems Pure360 has not improved.
Having been a customer for over 3.5 years we decided to move away as the segmentation options do not offer us the level of targeting we now want to achieve, as well as regular glitches with image uploads. We notified our account manager verbally that we did not want auto-renewal this year as we considered our options moving forward, but this was clearly not noted. We received no communication from Pure360 in the months leading up to the contract renewal date and no renewal notice of any kind. Consequently we were one day late giving notice and all members of the team were unhelpful, giving nothing but stock responses to our issue and being unwilling to enter into any meaningful discussion with us to find a compromise. Poor customer service, product no better than Mailchimp. In fact I prefer Mailchimp. Very disappointing considering the length of time we had been a client. I will not use this company again in my career and would advise others to steer clear.

Terrible company that ties people into 12 month rolling contracts without telling you. To opt out you have to give them advance warning, otherwise they just auto-renew for 12 months, so if you ask to cancel after using them for 13 months for example, they won't cancel the agreement until 24 months is up - staff are rude and arrogant so I presume this is the only way they can stop customers from leaving too soon.
