I am new to the world of currency transfer. My family have recently sold a home in France and needed a safe and efficient way of transferring the sale proceeds to a UK bank account. Pure Currencies were recommended to us and although I was initially nervous about the process, we were given a lot of useful information that helped us to decide what to do. The transaction was complicated but we were helped all the way through and we are delighted with the service provided to us. We didn't shop around but our priority was to ensure we bettered the bank transfer rates. Although it is possible we could have secured a slightly better rate, I very much doubt whether we could have found a better or more helpful service, which was very important to us.

At all times through the procedure of accessing and transferring our funds from Euros to GBP we have felt confident and secure. This is mainly due to our agent Michelle Fox. Michelle immediately put us at our ease and was always available to email of speak o the phone to answer our question( we had never done anything like this before) Michelle offered excellent advice at all times- explaining the process at each stage. It was always a pleasure to talk with her.

There was a slight hitch on making contact towards the end, but overall I would recommend.

Details of the transfer were not clear as to when funds would be received but all came good in the end.
