The dispatch is rude and the owner is abusive, and agressive, and rude.

The dispatch refused to allow me to pay an owed $12 fare to get my property back that they took as collatoral. Thats theft.

Beware dealing with Vernon taxi they will make exscuses up to keep your items or increase your fare. Watch to make sure they not purposely take long way, stalling techniques like brushing hair or texting.

The order came quickly but the quality was dreadful. I asked for a refund, they offered me 18% and I didn’t have to return the product. I said no, they offered me 35% I said no they offered me 50% and said I would have to return the product to an address in China, which would be expensive and difficult and very long winded. I accepted the 50% but feel that I have been manipulated. I will never buy anything from them again
