It is very rare these days to find a company especially in the insurance Industry who really go out of their way to look after their clients especially when claims are involved. Nick Linacre and his team really helped me through my claim process and I can't thank them enough for the way they looked after me. Great experience with Purbeck…
Great experience with Purbeck Insurance, especially Keir. Everything was explained clearly and the process was straightforward. They secured a good rate and the PG insurance gave me real comfort when taking out a loan with a personal guarantee. Would definitely recommend.

Have been with Purebeck years now and have a couple of policies . There the type of company you stay with year on year , they don’t hit you with massive hikes after the first year and there renewals process is simple and admin staff (Emily deals with ours ) are excellent. Any questions about the policy the underwriters ( ours kier ) is on hand to answer and explain everything clearly ,that’s good as most insurers now you can’t even talk to your own underwriters. 10 out of 10 for Purebeck

Reporting To Financial Ombudsmen & Legal Action Pending
Reporting to financial ombudsmen and taking legal action against Purbeck Insurance. I have left multiple reviews about this company at different stages of the claims and complaints process.
I was fooled by all the great reviews on here, but please read the 1 star reviews, I wish I had.
Over £50,000 spent on insurance premiums and for a £0 return. Complaints process was utterly pointless and now I’m left with no choice but to take legal action.
