Non-existent customer support

This brand is used by a UK company called Taysells which has no trading history as it was formed in 2025. I bought an inexpensive air purifier from them and was confident reading their promises around returns and customer care etc. The product was fine for the money but too noisy and so I emailed their support@ address. Needless to say I didn’t receive a reply to that or to any of my subsequent emails. I returned the product and have never received an acknowledgement or any refund. I would therefore suggest you avoid them like the plague. To be generous, I suspect they set up full of ideals but are probably too small or too inept to run the business properly and it is customers who will suffer from that inadequacy.
