I have never had any problems ordering like I have with your company.
I ordered a flag which you said that you sold but now I get the song and dance saying that you have to design the flag and then make the flag and then mail the flag. This flag better be correct or I. Sure many veterans and others will here about this.
This flag was ordered with the time frame in mind for ***memorial day****
This is why I need to keep my orders local and not anywhere else. I hope this flag dosen't come with a made in anywhere else but Made In the USA.

I've bought 2 quilts from Puppyprinty recently and I am more than happy with the product and service I received. I live in Australia and the wait time was not excessive considering that one item was made from scratch and not from existing stock. One quilt was custom made using photos that I sent and the finished product was exactly the same as the mockup image I was sent. The colours are great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a gift with the personal touch.

Very DULL & LIFELESS
Very DULL & LIFELESS. NOT at all as described. Also not the size I ordered. What I recieved is barely considered a throw for a child. NO vibrant colors at all. Dull, drab, and fuzzy. I ordered the "quilting" what a joke. Do yourself and loved ones a favor. DONT waste your money on this junk.Extremely disappointing.

Still no item!!
When I ordered this Item in the middle of April, I was told it was to be delivered no later than the 5th of May. I have a tracking number since May 1st but all it updates is pending. It is now the 12th of May, and still no package. I think what really upset me is that I keep getting emails to rate this service!!

Cannot rate this order as I have absolutely no idea of where or when this order was actually processed as I have been receiving confliciting emails on the status of order being processed. Extremely confusing and a lot of running around from vendor as to proper information. I followed all the steps as required and still no actual confirmation of the order.

Vibrant Colours, Good Quality Feel, Questionable Business
The blanket came as ordered, the colours were vibrant, the material has a sheen to it that makes it look like silk, let’s say when hung on the back of the chair. It is sort of a pressed print with the fibres going one direction, if they are forcefully brushed the other way, the print will turn white cracked lines. After one wash it only had this in a few spots, hang dried. Everyone says they really like the vibrant colours. It has the sherpa on one side which is nice to feel. The ‘hand’ stitching around the edges came with one loop string hanging loose so I had to fix it by sewing by hand. It survived one wash, as per instructions (cool water).
What I didn’t like was the following:
- the label said Made in China
- and this label had a company name called, “Terry Town” on it
- but the actual colored print side of the blanket had “eQuilters.com”at the bottom. Meaning, I see a print of flowers, birds (very pretty) but, way at the bottom, in one corner of the blanket, it also says “eQuilters.com” - this cheapens the appearance
- Nothing states, “PuppyPrinty” on it
I had thought it was a ‘Print on Demand’ to be made in USA. I wanted to support a USA company and didn’t mind paying the price ($82 US to $105.94 Canadian) for 50” x 60”, but it seems they just order it from China and then ship it to people.
When I emailed Puppyprinty about a delay in shipping they said it was being made - I don’t think it was being made as they lead on, it appears they order it from China, then ship it out. But more importantly, I feel I am paying more for something than what it is worth.
Also these kinds of blankets are available on the website Wish, for a fraction of the cost.
The look at a glance, I would rate 5/5, but it’s the company and tags, price, and eQuilters.com print on the front side that I rate it 2/5.

I was very impressed with their ability…
I was very impressed with their ability to customize my order for my daughters “big girl” room. The design and order process was super easy. I did have to reach out a few times after ordering to get an up to date status of my order as the tracking system wasn’t giving me any information. They were quick to respond but I wish that the tracking had worked to avoid this extra step. Once my blanket arrived I was very happy with the look. One thing that surprised me is that it was labeled and described as a patchwork quilt. This is not the case - the printed design looks like patchwork but it is just printed on the fabric. Not what I was expecting but I’m still very happy with the quality and look of the blanket.
