We have a small 9 kg cockapoo ,we ordered the large 500mm bed ,what came was way under size the base only 300mm.if squashed flat and stretched still not 500mm.it took forever to come and we have given up trying to get acceptabe returns iinfo only an address in Norway ended up taking it to a charity shop

Yous had no idea of my pup & still took him away guaranteed shipping … 800 miles away , my pup wasn’t allowed to fly cause of a permit issue-

They have failed to bring pup back or sell & they have blocked me …

Had a vet though down Surrey tell me the pup was brought to them for a treatment, but can’t disclose … both Dana & puppy love angel have blocked me …

BEWARE …. DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOU OR PUPS ….

Watch out…..This site is a scam. Waiting for our dog bed since half a year. They just take your money and never send you the items. Order and payment done 6 months ago. You have been warned!!!!! Police has been informed.

Following the long line. SCAM, do not buy! I placed an order on November, sent several emails to them, they said it was a logistics problem, then that I would receive a 10% refund after trying to cancel the order. I did not accept t'he refund, after that they never answered to several emails. I am thinking on taking legal actions versus them even if it is for less than 100.00€.
We as a community should sink their reputation until no one buy there. A big shame.
If I could rate with 0-star, that would be my score.

Ordered a dog bed three months ago . Lots of excuses nothing ever arrived.

Inacceptable ! Big scam ! Ordered in November and still haven’t received anything ! They always reply to my emails saying that they are doing their best to send out the orders without any explanations or deadline indications.

Same as everyone below. Ordered a bed back at the beginning of November and never received it. They’ve now stopped responding to emails

They stoped answering my emails after months of saying that my order would be there soon... Did anyone get their order? Im waiting since oktober and don't know what to do now.... Will they eventually deliver? has anyone had experience with actually receiving the product in the last months?

One big Scam. Paid but never got the goods delivered.

Same as all the other reviews. I ordered on 5/10 still no sign of the order. I have asked for a refund, had lots of promises about delivery and now silence. They are not answering emails any more. There is some sort of message on instagram but you have to be pretty quick to read it. Surprised they haven’t put a notice on their website informing of difficulties, probably hoping to con more people out of their money.

I ordered a bed for my dog 3 months ago and I asked for a refund. They don’t want to listen and keep saying that I will receive it. It is totally unacceptable. I advise you to do not order to this company. They are not trustful.

Huge Scam!!! Ordered on 6.10 and never received my dog bed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING on this site!!! They will never send. These kind of websites should be taken down and punished for fraud! I would give 0 stars if i could.

I had the same experience as everyone else on here. Ordered 3 dog beds in November and nothing recieved. I finally got notification today that my money has been refunded. Dont give up chasing them and publish far and wide not to trust this business.

This company will never deliver the product they advertise, this is a total scam, thankfully I paid with Paypal and have been refunded
- After the order they will say that it will be sent within 24h
- They will not contact you afterwards
- If you wait a few days and send them an email they will say that they are changing logistic provider and will only take a few days
- They will not contact you afterwards
- If you wait again and send them another email they will tell you that the new process is taking place and it's only a matter of days
- They will not contact you afterwards
- And so on....

I purchased, or at least thought that I did, a dog bed. It never arrived, despite multiple empty promises. Had to obtain my money back via my credit card company. Wish I had read Trustpilot before placing my order. Beware any potential customers.

Same issues as the majority of recent reviews. Order placed at the beginning of October. Sent numerous emails chasing and requesting a full refund only to be told the product would definitely be here for Christmas. Guess what….. still not arrived. I will be seeking legal advice.
