Great customer service - The website was not working properly - getting stuck on the payment. Emailed them to notify the problem and they processed my order manually in a very timely manner.

Our pup loves her new bed! She takes herself in there all the time. She is sleeping the the night and it’s so warm and snuggly I have to fight to keep my kids out! Well worth it!

Excellent! Bought a size L for my Labrador, who rarely had a chance to use it initially. My cat loved the bed so much, the dog ended up sleeping on the floor next to it! So, bought a size S for my cat too:) Now both animals sleep soundly. They took to the bed straight away. They sleep all night, and allow us to have a sleep in on the weekends. Winner! No issues trying to establish ‘buy in’ from them! Wishing I had purchased these years ago.

Pup has grown and thought he fitted better in big sisters bed. No option, second large bed had to be ordered. They love them🥰🥰🥰

My dog loves it and it is still slightly big as she is still growing. She sleeps soundly on it all night. It arrived very quickly and was reasonably priced

I have had one of these beds for 2 years that my cats sleep in I have purchased anther for my new pup. They are the best on the market for comfort and washability. I have had cheap ones but they do not compare.

Ordered cover for our boxer girl’s bed. Love being able to remove cover for washing. We take it in the caravan too, so I know she’ll settle and sleep through the nights.
She is an anxious pup and usually takes time to adjust to new things, but she took ownership of her pup naps bed immediately.

My two little mini Foxies are sharing a medium size bed and they love it. Some mornings they don’t want to get out which is unusual for them. They seem very comfortable and content with it.
I love having a spare cover and being able to wash the cover. I had a different brand where the cover was not removable so his is better.

This is our 2nd Pupnaps bed. Our Staffy Jed who is 14 years old and suffers from anxiety, loves his beds. We bought the 2nd one to leave at our holiday house so he's comfy there too.

We purchased the medium in navy, we also have the extra large in pink which is great . The medium is flimsy and no support like the next size up. It has all bunched up in the base, very unhappy with the quality for $150 wish I bought one from PETstock instead. Did email straight away and was told pretty much bad luck. Didn’t get the option to swap it for extra large and I would have paid the extra money.

After contemplating for a long time if I should get my dog a pupnap bed or not, I decided to bite the bullet and get one after I'd seen the offer 'bed + extra cover'. I'm glad I did! Lucky absolutely loves his bed and I don't worry as much when I leave him when I go to work.
The bed is soft and luxurious to touch.

I have 4 Pupnap beds. Our pup absolutely love them. great idea being able to wash the covers particularly for our very old dog. I thoroughly recommend these beds!

I didn't have my dog with me so have had to wait until outside the 2 week returns period to test the bed.
Unfortunately, the bed has sub-par inner padding. Despite it having the full two weeks to fluff up (with some fluffing from me as advised on the packet) as soon as my dog got in it, it started to bunch and I can feel the floor.
If I had paid half the price I paid I would still be unimpressed.
It's possible this is a QC issue, but as I said I had to wait out the returns period before I saw my dog.
The only reason the product is getting 3 stars is because of the good customer service I received during purchase.

My two poodles LOVE their snuggly pupnaps beds. I love how it has a washable cover and is really well made. My kids wanted to sleep on it. My toy poodle snuggles into her medium size every night and we almost lose her. She probably only needed a small size, but she loves it!
