A Great Company and a Great Product

This company has created some amazing products for dogs. One of our Aussies had a ton of ear infections, skin issues, and hot spots, and there were many trips to the vet to try and fix these with meds, creams, etc. - the issues always continued or came back. We went out on a limb and tried Pup Labs, and the results are nothing less than spectacular. No more ear infections, no more skin issues or hot spots, and an overall healthier dog. We use the powder daily on their food and they get one of the stomach treats each day, which they love. We also had an issue with an order being short of a few items, and after contacting them, they reached out almost immediately and sent us the missing items - great customer service.

Great product for dental care

The shipments are always on time. I think one time the shipment was off but Pup Labs was very gracious about getting the product to me quickly. This is such a great product for their teeth and gums, I did not want to interrupt the process. :) I have tried 4 other products to help keep down the tartar and breath odor and this is the only one that has worked so beautifully. I was spending $1800 every year and a half for 2 little dogs dental cleanings. No more. The vet even said recently, their teeth look pretty good. Just a tiny piece of tartar but it's very small. Abby and Jack are our family and they deserve the best. This is the best!

Horrible experience, never again

I keep receiving e-mails asking me how I liked the delivery. I have yet to receive the product that I ordered. That is the end of this company for me. ☹️☹️☹️😡😡😡

The dental product has been great

The dental product has been great. Just beginning the Freedom Drops and chews and am encouraged. The assistance call following up my purchase was surprisingly helpful. After the repetitive lengthy and frustratingly ridiculous video I wasn’t inclined to take the call. The success of both of my large dogs teeth made me tough it out.

I never signed up for a subscription…

I never signed up for a subscription but was apparently automatically signed up to the tune of $65 per month. I went on the website to cancel it on 4/1 but they shipped and charged my card on 4/4. I then reached out to the SUPPORT email address and they told me I had to contact support????? Will never buy anything from here again.

I started using pub labs powder on my older dog

I started using pub labs powder on my elderly dog about a month and a half ago, to avoid sedated teeth cleaning by her Vet. Her breath is so much better than it was and her teeth are beginning to appear a little whiter.
