I’m extremely happy to have found Pup Luck!! I have been looking everywhere for a carrier that I could carry my pup on my back or front. The Rack Sack has plenty of pockets to carry things as well, and nicely designed. Such great customer service, they were so very helpful in finding the right Rack Sack for us!! He has a lot of anxiety so we will get to go places together!!
After a size issue with my order, I contacted PupLuck. Luckily everything was immediately sorted by the very helpful Lexie. Excellent Customer Service!!
The construction for the large pack was not designed considering the size and weight of a medium sized dog. And then when I wanted to return it, I was not able to.

Bought a puppy ruck sack great piece of kit he sits in lovely and gives us freedom to go on walks longer than would otherwise be possible
The dog rucksack took longer than I expected to arrive -9 days in total when postage and package has been paid seems a long time in this day and age.
It is not suitable and I am disappointed to see that I am unable to return for a refund. My fault for not reading the small print but as it is an online company you would expect to be able to return it when you haven’t been able to view it in person
I am very happy with the service you have provide. I would not hesitate to order or let my friends now about your service, and great pricing.
I was concerned about not being able to track “only have reading negative comments”. So! I Contacted the company and asked why I could not track my parcel. I was told it was not yet on Canadian soil. I would be able to do so through Canada post. The company looked into it for me, and told me I should be able to track it within a day. They were 100% correct, I received my tracking number, it so easy to deal with the company what I did not know and maybe some other customers Canadian Post can only track once it’s on Canadian soil. Once it was Anthony soil it was so easy.

Great product delivered to my door sooner than promised
Don't buy anything from this company. I bought because I thought they were UK based but unfortunately they ship the goods in fro abroad. Mine has been stuck in customs for 3 weeks and shows no signs of arrival. They don't reply to my emails & have no phone number so I have no alternative but to try a bank charge back to & get my money back. Avoid them at all costs.

I was sceptical to order from SA, but I can whole heartedly say that I am happy and received my parcel within a month. Thank you very much. My 10 year old Yorkie loves it.
So far, so good! My dog loves sitting in it on hikes. We have the medium, she is a 12lbs schipperke.
I wear front and back as well. It was comfy even for an over a walk hike uphill!
We removed the cord, because my dog safe enough with the safety carabiner, and it's more comfortable for her. Sometimes she curls up in the bottom at home, and doesn't wanna get if, just sleep in there...

I purchased the doggie carry bag from Pup Luck. Product is great and very convenient for my senior yorkie who can’t walk so far anymore. I love it.
The only thing I had issue with was not being able to track my order. Tracking would always come back with no info available.

I would strongly caution purchasing from this company. Once I received my order, I decided that the sizing was not correct for what I need (despite following the sizing guides on their website). I wanted to exchange the item for the larger size or a refund, and they have made it very difficult. They are slow to respond to emails and keep asking for more information that I am not required to provide. I have a right to refund, as I am well within my 14 day cooling period, and they only offered my 70% off a larger size. This is bad business practices and I will not be getting the larger size, I just want my money back to spend elsewhere.
Took a while for Pup Luck to contact us, but once they did things went smoothly. Product was delivered and we were happy with it.

I ordered my pup rug sack on Pup Luck. I didn't know the company and was a bit nervous. When I enquired about my order, I immediately got a response back by email.
The service was excellent and the product arrived by courier in a very reasonable time.
Purchased a dog rucksack and although quality very good it did not suit my purpose. Pupluck policy is not to replace/refund unless faulty but on reminding them of global returns policy they were happy to refund in full and did so very promptly on return of item.
