The earrings are absolutely beautiful and look even better in person! Unfortunately, the pair I received was too small for me. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement without any hassle. The support team was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. I’m very impressed with their excellent customer service and the great selection of jewelry. I highly recommend this shop and would happily buy from them again!

I ordered a 6mm size tunnels but I needed a 22mm size 😅 the staff was really kind to me. They send me another pair of tunnels (22mm) without any problems! The quality of their products is incomparable and the customer service is extremely gentle. Recommended 10/10! (Or 5 five stars of 5 stars).

I reached out to their support team, and they responded incredibly fast with the perfect solutions.For the Crystal Prismatic Earrings, they immediately offered to send a brand-new replacement free of charge, without making me go through the hassle of returning the damaged ones. For the Surrealist Eye Earrings, they sent me a super helpful video tutorial explaining how to adjust the 925 silver post. Following their instructions, I fixed it myself in seconds, and now it works perfectly!It is rare to find a brand that cares this much about their customers. The jewelry is unique and gorgeous, but their kindness, speed, and helpfulness are what truly make them stand out. I will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

The quality of the jewelry is really nice; even though one of the clasps of the earrings didn't work properly I have been sent a replacement pair. I've sent the costumer service a video of the broken clasps and the new pair was on its way :)
