I ordered two vinyl items, different products, and paid via the Shopify payment, my first order with Punk to Funk, 24 hours later i receive a Shopify notification of a processed refund, no explanation, unable to fulfill the order..for both products? how bizarre..you have my email address as per my order, how about you take 30 seconds out of your day and send me a personal email with an explanation and apology, is it that difficult? very poor consumer experience, i mean its only a couple of records so who cares, but improve your processes !!!
