If i could give you zero i would, I waited for 15 days from the date I made the purchase with no tracking number supplied and wrote to them with rubbish responses on why the delay was happening only to get an email that the the product was out of stock. I responded straight away asking why my store credit was not automatically returned and 3 days later no reply all I can say is they need to do better.
