Service sucks if you can even get the game to load that is slower than death it timed out 5 times for me today and I have very fast service so no reason they shouldn't be able to keep up but very disappointing when game lags so far behind it's like Im Destined to lose now I just see it in slow motion and still can't change it lol not sure which is worse honestly

It's so-so. Redemption time seems to be slow and although it's saying it was approved it's still pending. I prefer a few other sites over this one because their redemption time are a lot faster than this site.

I want to share my experience for transparency.
I had an issue with a separate affiliated platform (Pulsz), where I reported suspicious activity and fully cooperated with their verification process. Following that, my account was permanently closed.
However, my PulszBingo account was also locked as part of this process, even though I had no related activity or purchases on that platform.
I was not given a clear explanation for why both accounts were affected, which was frustrating.
Just something to keep in mind if you use multiple platforms under the same company.
