I reactivated my account and it's still the same. Very disappointing. The daily bonus is a scam. For over a year I've received almost only 30 cents. Today I received 5 free spins at a whole 10 cents. I won 0 cents. Literally not even a daily. Then trying to email customer service the only reply I'd get was an ai(bot) repeating the same thing no matter how I phrased my question. Wasn't even sending information related to my question. Of course I spent money that didn't even give me playbacks to play longer than 2 minutes but that's part of the game. Majority of my frustrations are due to the same garbage this platform gives. No matter how much time passes it never gets resolved.
Edit: the way they reply to reviews basically shows how they reply to emails.

while playing the game big wheel bingo i filled the streak meter which triggers a bonus, but then the game "glitched" and i didnt get the bonus, just money taken for the bet, i refreshed, switched browsers, cleared rhe cache, all for not, and when i brought it to customer services attention, they made me repeat every detail again for no reason then proceeded to stop responding and now it's hours later with nothing done
