Excellent product - very quick delivery 🚚

I was initially really impressed with the Pulsio Air. Don’t let the size fool you, it packs a serious punch and was exactly what I needed for my sports recovery.
Sadly, my unit arrived with a technical fault despite being brand new. I have to say, the Customer Service team has been great, they responded quickly and have been very helpful in trying to sort things out. However, the delay from the warehouse side has been a real letdown.
As I’m currently dealing with some quite painful muscle strain, being without a working device for this long has been physically gruelling. I bought directly from the official store for peace of mind, but I’ve been left in a lot of discomfort while waiting for the replacement to be processed.
I really want to give this 5 stars because the device is brilliant and the CS team is trying their best, but the delay in getting a working unit to me has really soured the experience. I’m just hoping the replacement arrives soon so I can finally get some much-needed relief.

I’ve been very much surprised how good it really is I would definitely recommend getting one. I’ve got a few injuries from mountain biking & the pulse air really helps

My sports massage person used this on me during our sessions, I bought my own to use In between sessions. It is so easy to use and works amazingly on my shoulder, it's a real investment piece that is used regularly

Love the products! I recently upgraded to the pulsio pro because I wanted to purchase the hip attachment (slightly annoyed that I had to fully upgrade in order to do this though...) A great product easy to use, makes your legs, hips etc feel amazing! Perfect for after those long runs! So many customisable options to give the perfect squeeze :) highly recommend. Investment definitely worth it!

Waste of money

Not saying it’s your fault must be underlying issue with my back as this product hasn’t helped my back pains in anyway so expensive product to buy with no results

I bought this for my Grandson for his birthday as he likes weight training and keeping fit. He was over the moon 💪👍💪

Pulsio elite massage gun.
Batteries failed after 14 months, can now only get around 20 seconds of use.
Not great considering the price.

Seems to work well on all the reasons i purchased the Tens machine for ... it has its down sides but overall decent product

It chills the bed well and for a good price.
There are no bells and whistles such as timer functionality or sleep analysis that some of the other brands offer but the upside is that it’s an affordable product and it delivers a cool bed and quickly. Exactly what I want.

Been very pleased with the product. Makes such a difference to recovery from sport or general aches and pains. Customer service was first class - thank you Hanna. When we had an issue, a replacement part was sent straight away with no quibbles.

Tracking delivery is a pain, you have to download the shop app to find out when it's arriving. Sauna tent is different than described on the website and in the tiny instruction booklet supplied, there's no second exit as described, I can't comment on the use of the sauna tent itself as I've waited for seven days for pulsio to respond to my question regarding if it is still safe to use without the second " safety exit" so dare not try out if the tent has been made with faults. Batteries dead in remote control. I'm going to return as have no confidence in this company.
