I’ve had a headache/neckache/toothache since last Thanksgiving. I can’t sleep. I can’t stay asleep. I can’t wake up. My dad passed away after 6years of declining health and I was his caregiver. Burnout didn’t cover it! This tool - and the breathing programs and all the other support tools have made this a mystical experience. I feel like I’m on a smoother track with less twists and turns. The Pulsetto has genuinely changed how I experience pain
The Pulsetto has genuinely changed how I manage my pain. I've been using it consistently for a good 8 months now while I work through a long recovery. I use it for around 20 minutes when I wake up and again just before I go to sleep, and the difference is huge. My pain medication feels more effective, and my mind feels more settled, which plays such a big role in everything.
I've been through a serious event, and using this regularly has made a real difference in how I cope day to day. When I take a break and don't use it for a while, the difference is really noticeable. The pain feels harder to manage and my nervous system feels more reactive.
I'd recommend pairing it with whatever other healthy practices support you. For me, that's meditation and NLP work, and the combination has been powerful.
When my nervous system feels settled, my decision making is so much sounder. I make better choices and things tend to fall into alignment. The Pulsetto gives me leverage on both fronts, helping with the pain and putting me in a better state of mind to handle whatever the day brings.
Highly recommend.

Unbelievable results
It is so amazing! I’ve had chronic arthritis pain for years and this device cut my pain in 1/2 after a week. My pain is manageable and improves the more I use this. I recommend this device to EVERYONE I can think of! It is a miracle device

Great product/invest covered by FSA
It took a while for me to get used to the unit as I was having battery issues or what I thought was battery issues but they the Support failed to tell me that the notifications were erroneous at the time that the unit was running out of battery and it was later fixed with an update. Also, the unit didn’t seem to be capturing any data because they didn’t tell me to make sure that I did the check-in’s and that I wore my Apple Watch which improved the data in greatly by having the heart and the other stuff monitored plus the sleep. So it really does help if you have a watch whether it’s an watch or a Garmin watch, etc. I don’t know if I’m gonna get one of their Oura rings is that costs between $235 and 500 when the Apple Watch does the same thing. I’m not always sure how to interpret the results, but they say it takes a while to use the thing. Also, FSA a HSA covers the unit itself 100%. UNFORTUNATELY, I BOUGHT THIS AT THE END 2025 and I could not use my 2026 funds to pay for the rest of it. But I do recommend using it. It was a very good investment. I really do enjoy the app as well. I did buy the five-year warranty which I didn’t buy a warranty at first, but I did buy the five-year warranty when it was offered on sale.

I purchased the pulsetto after undergoing treatment for laryngeal cancer hoping I can improve muscle control in my neck, it is work great My neck is stronger than before.
