Scam, waste of money, impossible to return
Scam, complete waste of money. Took forever to arrive, it broke apart and was cheaply made. I contacted the customer service department by email and was told I could receive a full refund and they would send me a package out to send it back in a few weeks. That was months ago! I have emailed them back several times and never get a new response. Complete scam!! Do not buy.

Absolutely TERRIBLE product
Absolutely TERRIBLE product. It’s horrible plastic pen doesn’t even work. I thought it pulsed....it doesn’t it just gives you the odd horrible electric shock. Don’t waste your money!!!

Cheap nasty item
Cheap nasty item, so emailed support saying I wanted to return, got a reply saying that’s fine and I’d receive further details within 4-5 working days. That was 5 weeks ago. I’ve emailed twice again since with no response.
Looking into how to report them or claim my money back.

Poor quality and impossible to return!
The item is of incredibly poor quality and when you try and process a refund they do not reply. There is only one email to contact and not other contact details. Avoid at all cost!

Do NOT buy
Do NOT buy. It's a scam. It's cheaply made, shocks my hand while using it, and while they said they would refund me, I have not heard back from anyone in 2 weeks and can't get a response. Thoroughly disappointed.

Don’t bother
Purchased a pulse relief pen. Took weeks to arrive. Put a battery in, fell apart. Put back together and it shocked me in my hand not on the area I was trying to relieve. Have contacted for a refund and not heard anything back.
