Really happy with the service l've received at pulse light clinic, l've been doing laser hair removal with them for over a year now and truly do love my results. Every laser therapist/tech i've had a session with has been super informative and friendly, would definitely recommend.

I visited the clinic for the acne scars treatment. I opted for cool laser. It was an amazing experience. I can see differences just after one session. The whole team is very supportive. And the doctor who performed the laser has cutest smile

I've had laser hair removal and IPL treatment at pulse light and have really enjoyed the experience. Laser hair removal has been amazing I've had at least 80% reduction in my hair, I go occasionally for top up treatments if required. It can be painful (depending on area) but it's definitely worth it. Shaving would irritate my skin and lead to rashes in the summer which doesn't happen now! All the technicians have been lovely and always happy to answer any queries I've had. Similar experience with IPL can be painful but love the results. The technicians were very helpful and explained the whole process and what to expect.

I have always enjoyed the experience of the staff at Pulse Clinic. How they predicted my treatment was how it came out. For 3 years after I completed my treatment, no hair grow. Just need a top up now after 3 years plus. Well experienced and honest staff.

This is the worst place for laser hair…
This is my second review I am writing to express my deep disappointment the hair removal treatment I underwent at this clinic regretfully my experience has been far from satisfactory. Unfortunately after completing my sessions now I have more hair on part of my body which I did not have before. After my first review I received calls from the clinic and was so hushed on me. Kept asking why I left the review which surprised me because during my treatment many times I complained about my treatment and why they change the technicians all the time against my wish. The level of pain was unbearable. They never used numbing cream I spent so much money on numbing cream even with that still was very painful which I bait was down to their machines, level of setting and not very expertly technicians. They burned my skin after allI end up with more hair on part of my body which I did not have hair before, now I need to go somewhere else spending so much money to get rid off hair that caused by them. After my first review when they contacted me they have been only concern about the review not my disappointment and didn’t offer any solutions. Believe me they don’t care about customer at all they just good at pretending. I was shocked and couldn’t believe it instead of sympathetic and offering any solutions kept questioning me about the review. My treatment was very time consuming and costly and the worst part is terrible results. Please please avoid this clinic they only care about money not customers satisfaction at all!!!!!

After a telephone consultation, I went to the clinic to have a treatment done ( I had to pay the whole price at booking!) , when I was told that I had a contraindication so they won`t be able to deliver the treatment, I should have been told this during the telephone consultation. I went down to London for a whole weekend to have this treatment done , which cost me a lot ( travel, hotel, food etc). Absolutely unprofessional, they could say nothing but sorry. Be careful, look up the contraindications yourself or might be better to choose another company.

Liverpool Street Clinic: Maria is an absolute star! I was nervous about getting laser hair removal done without numbing cream, but she completely put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and caring demeanour made me feel like I was in good hands.
Not only is Maria amazing at her job, but she's also incredibly detail-oriented. She made sure to explain every step of the process and constantly checked in to see how I was feeling. Her attentiveness really eased my worries.
What I appreciated most about Maria was her genuine care for her clients. She went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable, offering a stress ball and ensuring I was okay throughout the entire session. It's clear that she loves what she does, and it truly shows in her work.

Went in for a consultation prior to my first session. The staff were really nice and explained things really well. First session also went quite comfortably as they answered all my questions and were reassuring throughout the process. I have done a few sessions elsewhere (not UK) so I noticed a bit more hair growth sooner than I expected but It’s something I can see will reduce over the number of sessions so not too concerned about it. All in all a great experience with the Liverpool St team.

So far I have only 1 laser hair removal treatment done with Pulse Light Clinic. I have had other sessions done before in another place. However, the results I got from the first session in Pulse Light Clinic were far better than what I have experience before. So far I only have good impressions. Everything is clean and tidy. Staff is good and kind.

All staff were incredibly knowledgeable- discussed the procedure in detail prior to my treatment and offered both a free consultation and post-review after my BBL laser therapy.

I will be booking more appointments in the future for sure!

Super happy with the service. The staff is upmost professional yet friendly and very welcoming. I have been kept up to do with each appointment by a call and text. I felt relaxed and stress free while at the clinic and the procedure (CO2 Laser) went well and I’m very happy with the overall outcome. Highly recommend
