The treatment itself was a bit painful but it was quick and everyone made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of ❤️ My face is healed now and I can see some improvement in the texture, feels smoother and plumper. booked me into the wrong clinic. have not refunded the consultation fee despite me asking 3 times. refusing to give recovery time information and then gave incorrect info. very expensive service. would recommend finding a cheaper alternative. also had to wait around for my consultation which started 30 minutes late.

Spent £999 on 3 pico laser treatments for hyperpigmentation and I see no improvement at all which is really disappointing. I waited a few months just to check too. The treatment itself was quite painful! I can't recommend it. The constant price fluctuations are also a little odd.

I had the Sylfirm X treatment at the Marylebone clinic. The staff were lovely and really friendly. They made sure that I completely understood the process and aftercare for the treatment, whilst also making sure that I was comfortable throughout the treatment.

Specifically the branch in Bank, is very neat and attentive. Regarding the laser hair removal after only 1 session I’m significantly pleased with hair reduction which makes me super excited for the sessions to come.

I will post an update review after more sessions as I just had my second and am fairly at the beginning but first impressions have been great.

Had my first laser hair removal session about a month ago for bikini, underarm, and perianal. So far even after one session the hairs have definitely reduced and are growing slower, and some of them even fall out on their own with gentle exfoliation. I’m happy with the service, except that often when you get there there’s like a 15 minute wait despite having made an appointment, and also the treatment rooms are very cold.
