This charger cost me $100 to charge my 5,000 mAh phone... Didn't even charge 70% of it... I like the concept of the charger maybe my charger is faulty...just disappointed...I personally wouldn't buy one again.

Awesome product and the ordering process was very easy! I love my pulse lux chargers and they charge my phone in record time! Pulse Venus charger. Bought 13 months ago. Snapped the charging point off tonight. The design was never stable, the charger is too heavy when attached to the phone. I didn't use it often, only for holidaying a few times a year. Not worth the expense.

Pulse lightning 20,000mAh power bank is a easy to carry and charges at a fast pace which suits all my devices. And the best bit is recharges fast as well. I have also purchased the 4 in 1 charger cable which is fantastic as I am no longer looking for the right cable connection.

The Venus charger broke on my first use. This is unacceptable let alone for the price. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. This is unaaceptable!!!

I have a number of the pulse products and have given many as gifts. I have never had an issue with any of them and those that were given them were amazed at the convenience of them. The Jump was a Xmas gift and turned into a real lifesaver jumping the dead battery! I carry one everywhere and have a spare in the car and at home.

Purchased the double set of the Pulse Charge,
arrived quickly, very nicely packaged as one was for a gift. unfortunately i had a bit of trouble connecting one of the Chargers, contacted them, sent a video of the problem and they offered to send me a new one.

I recently purchased the duo pack Infiniti Lux magnetic wireless chargers from pulse charge, one for myself and one for my son, and we absolutely love them. They are incredibly handy and I especially love the stand feature which keeps my phone upright while I’m working, so convenient and practical. unfortunately, my son‘s charger arrived faulty, but the customer service from pulse charge team was outstanding. Their reply was prompt, professional, and they organised a replacement so quickly and effortlessly. The whole team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. I would definitely recommend pulse charge for all your charging needs fantastic products backed by exceptional customer service 100%.

I had an issue with my Apollo charger but the Pulse customer service team was very efficient in replying to me the very next day. They asked me to send some photos etc, which I did. They immediately sent me a replacement which arrived very quickly. The product is great, hence why I asked for a replacement instead of getting my money back. Very pleased with the product and the Pulse Customer Service Team.

I love the Pulse products!
I have been buying Pulse products since last year.
I have given several charging cords and chargers as gifts, they are study, fit all devices and the different colours means everyone knows which is theirs.
I have also purchased five, yes 5, of the Pulse Jump, portable jump start with compressor, as gifts for my sons, my grandkids and one for myself.
The Pulse Jump has already been so useful and saved the day when we had a flat car battery. The Pulse Jump is used almost daily for pumping up soccer balls and bike tyres, so quick and easy.
Also great for charging devices on the go, and the light is a very handy feature on the Pulse Jump.
Pulse products are great quality and reasonably priced.
Ordering online was so easy with a good choice of payment options.
Delivery was very prompt and I was kept in the loop and able to track my order.

What a great product 3 in 1 charger I feel safe in my car now knowing I have a jump starter also if I get a flat tyre I can pump it up on the spot plus a quick phone charger. I got the violet colour and love it. Thankyou Pulse for keeping me safe.
