Great body repair work done on my…

Great body repair work done on my Porsche 992 2023. Looks like as if I just purchased from the show room. Staff were polite, helpful and extremely friendly bunch. Was skeptical at first as I’ve never used this garage before but after seeing some examples from there past work I decided to go ahead with them. Would thoroughly recommend Pulse Bodyworks. Thanks a lot guys!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. If your insurer appoints Pulse Bodyworks, ask for a different repairer immediately.
My insurer sent my car to them after an accident. They promised a 3-week repair, but it took over 2 months. When I finally went to collect the car, they forced me to sign paperwork before even showing me the car. After the long wait, the car still wasn’t properly repaired, there still a loud abnormal noise from the engine.
The staff dismissed it as “wear and tear” on the exhaust, but I knew that wasn’t true. I had the car independently inspected, and it turned out the issue was two broken engine mounts, nothing to do with the exhaust and a completely different part of the car. Pulse had sent my insurer a false report blaming the noise on wear and tear, and even lied that my independent garage was agreed with them (it wasn’t).
I was left with a faulty car and no support. It took ages to escalation to the Financial Ombudsman, who ruled in my favour. My insurer had to cover the proper repair and compensation.
Pulse Bodyworks were dishonest, unprofessional, and evasive throughout. They shifted blame, misled my insurer, and showed no accountability. Absolutely appalling service, do not trust them with your vehicle.
