Easy to assemble, the experience is acceptable, but it is unstable and not easy to use for rookies.

Love my pullupmate. I bought it specifically to keep in my car and use at work and it's perfect for the job. I've used my gymnastic rings with it for iron cross training, dips, pressups, etc and it just gives you so much variety for a workout. There are a few negative points as expected, the bar is a little thick but that's not really too big a deal, it does rock when you're using it although I'm near the top of the weight recommendation (6'2" and 93kg) so that's to be expected and finally when it's packed away the bag is huge. It just fits in the boot of my mk4 Golf but that's just the wide version.
The price may look a bit high but for what you can do with it it's worth every penny as it's not just me who uses it, my kids love using it too!
Delivery was quick and it was very well packaged, definitely recommended!

I am a student living in a student dorm far from gyms. Finally I have some hope to get in a shape for this summer

I purchased the Para-Bars item and in general the idea and portability of the bars are good however, one of my bars moves about an inch from left to right and the other one is much stiffer and hardly moves at all which is much better.
After purchasing and using for the first time i contacted Customer Service about this and they told me that it is normal for one of the bars to jerk from side to side however, i can't understand why the left side bar should be more unsteady than the right side bar by design, this is confusing to me.

Eventhough it is quite heavy and it takes about 5 minutes to set up, it's the perfect solution. You can use it at home, no holes on the wall, no damage on the floor. By using the multiple modes, you can have the full range of training exercices you need.

For training in my house is perfect!!!

It's pretty good overall. Some minor points are that it wiggles a little during a pull up, as you can see from the reviews.

Personally i also think the bar is a little to big to do pull ups compfortably. I used to have a door pull-up bar and it was easier to do pull ups. After moving to a new apartment my inside wall couldn't handle the pressure so i had to get something else, the pull up mate.

Im using it for 2 months, and my results getting better and better. There are much more excercise to do than it is shown in instruction! I like the design, colours and the weight of pull mate. The only thing I gave 4 stars is because pull bar little shaking, when i do for example full leg raises, but Im 95kg, so its alright :) Now I can get a good shape even in my room.

I was looking for something just like this, it's perfect. I wanted bars for different set ups and is compact. Does what it says, it's easy and very sturdy.

I've had the pull up mate for a month now and I'm really glad I bought it. Like many reviews have pointed out, the pull up mate feels a little wobbly at first. Though the slight play in the frame actually encourages you to perform cleaner, more controlled pull-ups. I also feel the extra play may take some of the stress out of the frame when in use. It can be used in many configurations, so much so that I only go to the gym to do cardio now. All my strength training exercises are done on the pull up mate at home.

The supplied holdall makes storage easy too . You could probably sticky it under the bed or couch.

Good value for money I reckon. So if you want to get into bodyweight training and need a versatile bit of kit then look no further.

Not much to say really, easy to "build" and customize, easy to use, versatile... and it seems indeed very robust. Thx Pull-Up Mate :o)
