It's not pure natural ingredients Ruh

Hi Sir,
It was my first purchase from Puja perfumery. I have purchased some 6 Ruh collection from you(order No#1068). I'm a perfume connoisseur for decades & I can humbly claim that I have a mature nose. I understand what's synthetic and what's natural.
The point is to be honest with the customer. He called me and claimed his perfumes are all natural. Well, I never confronted because aroma is very subjective. So I humbly request to take it back free of cost. I never asked for refund & the owner volunteerly claimed that they have no refund policy.
I lost my money(INR 7693). BUT puja perfumery lost a customer's trust.
And all those what ever I have written here I have all proofs with screenshot.

PS- After this review the owner called me & request me to delete the review. When he understand he can't convince me, he told me to provide the proof that it's synthetic... well I'm not his enemy or competitor. I'm an individual who has purchased low quality synthetic product( I know some synthetic material costs more than natural) in the persuit of natural extract..I know it & that's all. Why I will spend money again to prove him wrong? If someone found his product is good...fine I don't mind

Improve your quality

Sir, all three Attars which I purchased recently are not in very good quality, highly concentrated so lasting is very low, bottles are very unprofessional and I have not ever seen this type of thin attars in my experience. Thanks 🙏

Essential oil Patchouli

Essential oil Patchouli. Communication online after order was fast and DHL express worldwide delivery used as shipment method. Was given a tracking number as well.
Product is of high quality and very concentrated. I am more than happy with this initial order.
