Not worth taking the risk to collaborate with Pugliaffari
I would recommend approaching this company Pugliaffari with caution. While we initially considered working with them, we ultimately decided not to proceed after hearing about the experiences of people close to us.
Friends of ours were very close to finalizing a purchase but chose to withdraw at the last moment due to several concerns that raised questions about the reliability and integrity of the people behind the company.
Thankfully, they decided to continue their search through a more established and official channel, where they were able to successfully purchase their dream home.
Based on this, I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research and ensure they feel fully comfortable with both the company before making any commitments.
When you are dealing with something as significant as purchasing a home, trust is essential. If you do not feel confident in the people working and managing this company, it is simply not worth taking the risk of doing the investment.
