Arrived in a week. Well packaged product, seller made sure I was happy with my product. Been using it for nearly a full year now without any issues.

I gave a 4🌟, SOLELY for the Dabcool W2 pro device. Since the death of my og puffco, I've been on the hunt for a cheaper alternative with the same capabilities as the actual Puffco devices.The Dabcool w2 pro I recieved had a bad atomizer, at 1st it didnt work at all, after taking it off and back on it then tried to work, but not getting hot enough to produce any vapor, no matter what the temp.setting was at, thus just melting & wasting concentrate. After contacting CS we discovered the replacement atomizers was out of stock, and they made sure we found an agreeable alternative and took care of me immediately! Some of the best customer service I've ever recieved was from PuffingMaster,such kind & caring people that take care of their customers. The faulty device wasn't their fault at all, but yet still made right! So 4🌟 for the device, & 5+🌟 for PuffingMaster! Ruby Twist is a must buy, after reading about it on reddit I had to try it for myself. Way healthier way to consume your flower, once you try it there's no going back lol.

Had a wonderful experiance evening though the color i wanted was gonna be delayed they got with me and offered another color that would ship faster.
New color came super fast had an issue with a coil and they fixed me.
Best customer service ive had in a very long time.

Quick and clean package. Got here in a little over two weeks just before Christmas and was only in customs for a day. The device was packed thick and clean to prevent breakage. The device itself was charged and clean, ready to use. The only problem is it's hard to clean the glass pipe attachment, but other than that it's amazing. It fits in my pocket and even has a compartment for a dab on the go built-in.

Ordered a replacement attomizer because the company I buy from is sold out. Product works as well if not better because of a slight change in there design, the only issue i had was deliverytime but its the holidays so no stars removed. Will be ordering again!

This company is truly one of the best out there. I’ve been legally in this industry for years and have been paid by multiple companies to try their products out/review them. This is the one company where I ended up purchasing out of my own money and doing a review. By far, this is the best company, hands-down their customer service is impeccable. Extremely fast responses, extremely reliable, and they only carry the best products out there. I personally got the dab cool W-2 pro with the 3-D atomizer and personally think it’s way better than the peak even the new peak pro with 3-D atomizer. I would highly recommend the dab cool W2 pro. I would also highly recommend this website and company for future purchases, especially their customer service which is a seven out of five stars. Don’t sleep on this company. They have extreme good deals and their products are top-of-the-line. 30 different company products from Tuffo to Dr. dabber and the list goes on. I’ll take my dab cool W2 pro all day over any other brand .

I got my package with the bubbler coil and housing and got it fairly quick within about a week. The customer service is good they respond very quickly and reach out post sale to make sure you got your package and everything is good. That is all on top of the great prices they have. Will order again.
