It seems to have taken them over a week to ship the item. We'll see how quick the shipping is but I don't expect it for another week here on the East Coast!

Still haven't gotten my purchase. Said 3 to 7 business days. It's been 11 and probably will take the next week also. Also you guys are sending me emails about rating you guys. How am I supposed to rate if I haven't received my packaged?!? If I gotten these messages after my packaged was delivered then this rate wouldn't be so bad. I would of said somthing nicer.

Shipping takes way too long no returned emails when I email them no return phone calls when I call them on the phone bad experience all the way around

I ordered September 25th and can't get an email or tracking number to save my life. It's been 10 days and it hasn't even shipped. So much for 3 to 7 day delivery. Is this website a scam?

My piece takes a while to ship when ordering from here but other than that no problems :)

Great product love there glass love the enail been using it for about 4 years no problem so that shows to me that use quality and great deals can't go roung

THIS IS NOT A US BASED COMPANY, SHIPPING COMES FROM CHINA. When you try to call the “California Office” with their CA phone number listed, it redirects to Hong Kong; credit card was also charged to a seller in Hong Kong. It’s been two weeks since the post office in California has received the shipping label, but still hasn’t received the actual item. Zero response from their customer service email listed after multiple attempts. STAY AWAY

Not responsive to emails and they trick you thinking they ship from the US.

I didn't receive my full order, and the help email was unresponsive. If I could get the other half of my order, would be 5/5 stars

Honestly great shop. Ordered multiple times now and can say also customer service is top notch. Appreciate the care they take in packaging and shipping discretion.

A little suspect. Placing the order the first time my bank flagged the transaction as risky... okay, not the first time but I approve it and they wont honor the first order. Lose the discount. Create a totally new account to place the same order again. Takes a really long time and tracking information is really spotty with the number they give me so I check in with customer service on the status of my order (explaining that i have the tracking information but just want additional information) and get a response with no more information than the tracking number again. Fine. I wait. Package arrives a few days later from through customs in LA from China. Weird, I thought I was buying from an American company. Okay drop ship then... why wasn't that indicated so I could allow for reasonable shipping time? All in all, not one of my favorite online companies/transactions.

I ordered a birthday present and there customer service won’t respond it shipped and the tracking won’t work they won’t do anything to make it write i hade to spend money I didn’t have to get items from another place for the person’s birthday that the items in my order that puffingbird wont respond about has in it

they offer a gift then never respond again never send a free gift they just quit responding after an order takes almost a month to show up they treat you like you know nothing about customer service when you work in the field and just ignor you after the order is recieved and isnt what you expected that was birthday presents already replaced for someoneand dont offer anything to fix the issue

Pipe broke on the inside, making the hole bigger. Didn't drop it or anything, had to stop using it I was scared to inhale glass.

Even tho I fixed my original post this is the 3rd update and my puffing bird purchase it arrived damaged and it was not damaged in transit it was packaged that way otherwise there would have been glass in the package 🤷🏻‍♂️🐸

I order a glass pipe. My charge should have been 18.90 ( have screenshots) they charged me 19.62 plus a international fee which they did not would b charged . The package came from Georgia not overseas. I contacted them 5 times by phone and email they haven't responded. I called my credit card company put a stop payment and I will report them for fraud. DO NOT BIY FROM THEM. THEY REFUSE TO GET BACK TO U AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THEY ALSO HIDE THE INTERNATIONAL FEE WHICH IS A SEPARATE FEE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY ALSO LIST on the credit card its clothing. It was a glass pipe

Had exactly what I wanted. Lots of options to choose from.

Very nice stuff for a good price I got a bubbler and a bowl for 37 bucks! and they threw in a small free gift with each item (tiny pocket sized grinder) kind of cool and unexpected. Quality looks good and shipping didn’t take to long either
