They’re hotline refuses to actually help with any problems and even tries to avoid conversing with you entirely. Highly recommend going to alternative websites such as smoke-cartel or leafly.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service, ordered waited way past the expected delivery date to contact them to find out where item was, to be told item was out of stock, said to pick a new one I did was told the difference would be refunded once shipped it wasn’t had to contact them again. Once received item it was missing an essential piece again contacted them about refund difference and the missing piece. Got my response about missing piece and told refunded is done and will take 15 days. Did not reply to any of my questions or issues out right ignored actually. So still currently waiting for this to be resolved and I only
Received the item late last week (end of March) order places 2 feb!! Would not recommend at all.
