We travelled from Hull to Puck Stop to get new skates for my 5 year old, and honestly the whole experience was amazing.

It was our first time in a hockey shop and my daughter was a bit shy and overwhelmed at first, but the staff were so kind and patient. They gave her a bit of space and the guy helping us was lovely, she quickly came out of her shell.

We went in to get her birthday skates (which they sharpened there and then), and he also helped me figure out all her sizes for the rest of the gear we’ll be getting later on. When we were paying, we ended up chatting with the rest of the team and everyone was just really friendly and welcoming.

Such a great experience, we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered few time from type to gloves. As well I did ordered elbow pads that did not work out for my son. Return and refund process was very easy and the customer service was very useful. As well I got a skates from them. And delivery is very fast

Unfortunately the manufacturer of a product supplied an incorrect image and an incorrect product description, When I raised this with Puckstop they replied within minutes of my email stating they had updated the product information and explained the error. Greg offered me two options, neither of which were great (but acceptable), Greg worked to find a good solution which worked brilliantly for me.

So far so good. Asked for advice and they have been fantastic. I contacted Bauer who are part of puck stop. Can’t fault their help so far. Far better than their competitors. Will only use PuckStop from now on.

Fast delivery, size was too small (my mistake) rang the store, offered advice about fitting, stayed on the phone whilst I retried, still too small. Requested return which was authorised within half an hour! I sent the skates back next day delivery and they sent the next size up the same day they received the return, next day delivery! Customer service 5*, ease of shopping 5*, issue resolved timely 5* an absolute breath of fresh air dealing with this company!

I've spent over £4K at Puck Stop in the last couple of years; Mission Inhaler inline skates, Bauer 3X ice hockey skates, 5X Pros as an upgrade recently and a full body worth of ice protection twice over - including 2 helmets, cage and visor, 2 sets of chest protection, shorts, endless different pairs of gloves, stick, all in different colours and various upgrades. Most recently they converted my 3X skates into off-ice training skates with Marsblade O1 frame kit I supplied. The "customer experience" with Puck Stop is unbelievably good, truly world class. In-store everyone is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and goes out of their way to help you. Email support is always extremely fast, thorough and amazing. I really cannot say enough good things about Puck Stop, a true example of how specialist retail stores should be.

Ive ordered from puckstop a few times and always been great service. I was finding it hard to find the right skate size and i got a lot of guidance and support via email. Eventually found the perfect size. Great selection too

The Puck Stop hosted our U9 hockey team and families between our tournament games at Richcraft Sensplex.
The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The manager made a point to check on us to make sure everything was perfect, and it was.
It was a great experience by all accounts.

My son needed a full set of ice hockey kit after having his previous kit stolen. Puckstop was the obvious choice to obtain it. They carry a huge amount of stock, in all sizes and at competitive prices. Their knowledge, help and advice is always second to none. We arrived around 4.30pm on a Friday and received their usual top quality service even beyond their closing time. Nothing was too much trouble for Morgan, Matt, Neill and Tobie.
