Poster lost in the post but the company…
Poster lost in the post but the company wouldn't refund me three weeks later - even though they were able to claim compensation from the courier. Poor ethics, I had to do a chargeback on my credit card.

Avoid.
Ordered from here. Map was incorrect and out of date, different from online picture. Was told no free returns, I must return at my expense (half the value of the item) and free postage would be deducted (so I’d get nothing basically). Customer service unhelpful and rude.

Brilliant!
Dispatched quickly and packaged extremely well. Delivered within a few days. Bought as a present to my Dad and it’s absolutely brilliant. Has all his favourite pubs on it.

Pubstops.co.uk - Chester pubs
Do not purchase anything from here. I purchased a framed picture of Chester pubs. When I received the product it was different to the website picture (pub missing, that was reason I bought it) I asked for a refund to initially be told it was right, finally i was told to return (at my cost) I attempted to do this but the address supplied does not exist (Royal Mail have confirmed not valid). Despite emailing and phoning on a number of occasions the owner will not answer or reply. Poor customer service, and at times rude. One star is probably generous.
