Shady, deceiptful company
Literally signed me up for a monthly subscription when I clearly just needed a one time service request. I only noticed the $20 charges in addition to 9 more charges when I was checking my account.

Erroneous information
I ran the report twice to be sure a lien had not been filed - at the end of 2025 and in April 2026. It showed no liens had been filed.
WRONG - when a preliminary title report was run, it showed a lien filed November 2025.
Report from them is useless and incorrect.
Do not waste you money on these people

Easy to cancel
While I was unable to find the person I’m looking for, when I needed to cancel my account, Helen with live chat customer service was very helpful! She was polite and handled what I needed very quickly. I really appreciate that it wasn’t difficult to cancel and I would still recommend the service even though I was unsuccessful.
