Over charged my card

I was just trying to get a copy of my deed. The website said it only cost $1 to access and then it charged my card $31. Thankfully customer service refunded my money

Good service

Had some questions about my account and charges. Did not realize I had not closed my account and noticed a double charge for June. I was able to get my account closed and a credit for the double charge. Would use again if needed.
