Product received was what I wanted

Product received was what I wanted. It was quick. This is a subscription service not a once and done request so if you only want to use it once, you will need to be aware and cancel the subscription if needed. Their customer service was very professional and quick to respond to any and all questions.

Virginia-Customer Support was great and…

Virginia-Customer Support was great and my issue was resolved quickly.

Only reason I contacted Customer Support was of additional charges to my bank that was not clearly indicated in the purchase of a single report. It wasn't even included on the receipt either.
