Ray Brehm is a liability to his own product

The product is comprehensive, but it's not at all intuitive to use and the training videos are poor. But one of the biggest problems with the platform - which is very much a product of personality - is the founder, Ray Brehm. He is confoundedly aggressive towards paying customers. When I requested to cancel my pubfunnels subscription (by no means a straightforward process) he responded directly with a snide email and even though I did not request it, pre-emptively removed me from his general email list. I only realized he had done this when I stopped receiving those emails, which I had gotten daily for the better part of a year. Such childish behavior is shocking in a crowded "service" industry - best avoided.

Signed Up about 3 months ago

I agree with a previous review stating the lack of response from this company. I have not been able to access my account and wrote to the owner, twice, yet no reply. I offered 3 stars but really leaning more towards a lower score. It should not be difficult to get a reply from someone who is being paid for their service on a monthly basis. I am becoming very suspicious about this company.

Needs much better training for newbies

We've been using this for several months. The product is comprehensive however it is very expensive compared to other products, since you're paying for ALL the features even though you may not need them at first. Also the training is very poor. Ray Brehm fronts all the training videos himself, but he's an expert in the product and has no idea how to go back to basics so he can explain to someone who is brand new to it all! He needs to get an expert trainer in to redo all the training with the customer in mind.

Do NOT subscribe to this software…

Do NOT subscribe to this software company! You will be made to sign a waiver saying there are no refunds for the subscription service, then they provide no support (2 emails for support went unanswered), I got no response to two email requests to cancel my renewal of the subscription (which I sent months prior to the renewal). They send no reminder emails to advise of renewal payments due and simply took the money from my credit card, despite my requests to cancel. When I disputed the ongoing subscription, they hid behind the initial subscription agreement saying there are no refunds. The only email they've ever answered is to say that there are no refunds. I did NOT sign up for a service that I could never cancel. Do NOT get sucked in by Ray Brehm and his PubFunnels product. He is a crook offering a substandard product that you can not cancel. Ray Brehm is unethical and greedy, ripping off customers and hiding behind his initial subscription agreement. WORST SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT EVER!
