A very poor internet connection

A very poor internet connection. Slow speed, frequent disconnection. I complained a few times but no one come and check the issue. They close the complaint without resolving the issue. From no on I will raise voice on every social media platform about them. They only know how to steal money.

I was a PTCL customer

I was a PTCL customer, I was shifted from Sind to punjab permanently and my PTCL connection was required to closed. I handed over my equipment to PTCL Representative and ask for ticket Numbers. Once I shifted after that I requested that person for 2 months, even I talked to SDO, GE Air, and help line several times, all are trying to paying late strategy. I dishearted that such type of employees are in PTCL. How over Pakistan can survive, these type of personnel trying to downgrade the our beloved country.

PTCL earning HARAM

I had to fill 1 star to write something here in the box but these PTCL scoundrels don't even deserve this one star as well.
Pathetic service is a well known trademark of this company and now they are also involved in earning HARAM.
I have paid my bill on 1st of May for which I received a successful payment message from PTCL but last night my service got blocked with a message that I haven't paid my bill, I inquired so they said that when I paid the bill on 1/05/2024,so their bill prices were revised which were not updated on the portal of easypaisa and now I have to pay more to get my services resumed!
I disagreed to pay more money and yet I'm writing this here with buying Mobile data.

Worst Internet Ever in Pakistan

Worst Internet Ever in Pakistan,
If I talk about right now, it's 8:30AM and my internet download speed is 0.1mbps and Upload speed 1.8mbps and currently I am the only one who use wifi. Moreover, before that Telenor Network internet is provide the good services and speed regarding internet. but when PTCL Officially bought the Telenor, telenor internet speed worst too. Please never use PTCL Wifi for internet it is better to move any alternatives.

PTCL is the worst worst worst internet…

PTCL is the worst worst worst internet service provider, The internet is being cut off repeatedly whenever I contact the local customer service and helpline. They even just say that they will resolve the issue but won't. It has been 2 days, they won't resolve my issue.

I highly recommend, Don't use PTC internet service provider.

PTCL

PTCL - the pinnacle of incompetence and deceit! Where do I even begin with these charlatans?

I made the grave mistake of entrusting them with my business, and what did I get in return? Nothing but empty promises, endless delays, and sheer incompetence at every turn. I ordered a UAN number in December 2023, thinking it would streamline my operations, but little did I know it would plunge me into a never-ending abyss of frustration and disappointment.

Their salesperson, Irfan, should win an award for his proficiency in deception. He waltzed into my office with a smile plastered on his face, promising me the world and delivering absolutely nothing. After handing over a hefty sum of 150,000 rupees, I was assured that my UAN number would be activated within a week. Spoiler alert: it never happened.

Instead, I was met with a barrage of excuses, each more ludicrous than the last. First, I was told I needed three landline connections to qualify for the UAN number. Fine, I thought, I'll play by their rules. But even after coughing up an additional 10,000 rupees for these lines, I was left high and dry.

Their customer service is a joke, a cruel joke at that. Every time I dialed their helpline, I was met with indifference, incompetence, and a complete lack of accountability. They passed me from department to department like a hot potato, each one more useless than the last.

And let's not forget their sales manager in Lahore Gulberg, the master of empty promises. After a fruitless meeting, I was assured that my issue would be resolved within a week. Guess what? It wasn't. In fact, they had the audacity to ignore my calls for an entire week before finally mustering the courage to pick up the phone and feed me yet another lie.

PTCL, if you're reading this (which I highly doubt, given your blatant disregard for customer feedback), know this: you are an absolute disgrace. You've squandered my time, my money, and my trust, and for what? A UAN number that will likely never see the light of day?

Consider this a scathing indictment of your pitiful excuse for a telecom company. I'll be sure to spread the word far and wide about your abysmal service, and rest assured, I won't rest until every potential customer knows to steer clear of your deceitful clutches. Shame on you, PTCL. Shame on you.

PTCL doesn't have DP (device) to give new connection

I applied for new connection and within 24 hours ,they contacted for verification and says that you will be given new connection within 2 to 3 days. After 4 days I contacted them again, they told that the required time to install new connection is 5 days, so you have to wait for 1 more day. After 1 day i contacted them again, they told that your connection request is closed due to unfeasibility, and if we gaian open your request it will be close again and again.
The reason they told me is that the DP doesn't have more slots in your area. So, we are unable to process your request.
This is the reality of pakistan biggest internet service providing company which does'nt have more DP which is may cost 20 to 30 thousand. very bad and bullish company. I will file complain against this company with in a day.

Very untrained/unprofessional staff &…

Very untrained/unprofessional staff & third class company.I have apply for internet connection first they said connection is available they got the installtion charges from me, after that they told me that connection is not feasible. Now its about 2 months i am calling every week to PTCL and they told me everytime that you will receive the payment in 2 days, but still there is no refund of my payment Pkr/-3500.
