I bought PlayStation 5, paid part with card and part with voucher (after selling few games from my Nintendo Switch collection).
It was very cost effective buy in my opinion.
Games was sold with great price so I could afford this beautiful PS5 Pro.
CeX as always were very loyal to customer (not first time buying consoles and games), delivered fast, all as described in website (cannot distinguish from new) + they stand for quality of their service providing 5 years warranty.

I ordered a GoPro and a harness mount…
I ordered a GoPro and a harness mount from CEX. Delivery was impressively fast, which I really appreciated. However, the GoPro didn’t come with any of the usual mounts or attachments you’d typically expect when buying a new one, and the harness also came without a mounting clip or attachment. Other than that, everything was in great condition and the service was solid.

They sent the wrong cable in the order
I ordered a VGA cable for xbox 360, instead they sent me a non-working component cable. They didn't offer to return the money, tech support takes a very long time to respond.

On deliveries from the Mainland to the Islands, the waiting time is, normally, from 5 to 15 business days, depending on what island and where the package is to be delivered.
On the Help Page of our site, you can check the timelines that are to be expected on these deliveries:

You can also check the status of your delivery on the tracking link that you received on the confirmation email that CeX sent you.
Upon checking the tracking for your delivery, I can see that the package is on the Courier's outpost near you, and waiting for distribution, so it should be delivered within this week.

My experience was great
My experience was great, fast service good communication, my only complaint is that 2 of the items I ordered had issues. Such as a game being listed as available when it wasn't and a game that arrived but did not work, apart from that I always have great experiences when I purchase from CEX either online or in store.
