PSR force you to move away from an Umbrella company who give good service for 3years to one off their own list who get a much lower user score.I had the unfortunate experience of using ICS ACCOUNTING off this list to process my inside IR35 payments. Despite my contract length and payment terms I only paid 20% tax on the weekly payment, this meant after 8 months I owed HMRC circa £10,000. ICS just washed their hands of it and said it was not their problem leaving me to face the debt. Would recommend NOT using this organisation.

I dealt with Sarah. Having been surprised with redundancy after 6 loyal years my confidence was quite depleted. Sarah however, spent time feeding back and reassuring me that I was being perceived as a strong candidate with valuable input still to give.

James dealt with any calls and queries I had. Very helpful and informative. Couldn't do enough for me tbh. I'd highly recommend PRS.

Approached by a lady called Sarah regarding a position. Interview booked, couldn’t contact me enough. Post interview she said “leave it with me”. I contacted her a couple of times with message read but no reply. Really unprofessional, do not waste your time.

Got told it was ongoing work turned out it was only a week so didn’t want to give up my permanent job for a weeks work they then refuse to pay me for what I worked so spoke to a legal team and are taking them to an employment tribunal as it is is illegal what they have done and by law they cannot refuse to pay you!! stay away from this agency.

When i finished my last job through PSR Solutions, i rang them up to see if there was any more jobs and Keegan has been great, he got me this job where i am now still, and he checks up on me at least once a week to ask how works going and see if ive submitted my timesheet.

Worked twice now for PSR. Had no problems with them. Keegan phones me twice a week and keeps me updated. What a guy he is top bloke. Thanks great company

Never do any work for this company as they mess around with hours I've waited a week in hand now there telling me I have to wait another 5 days for 9 hours absolutely disgraceful!

The sort of people who don't tell you about hidden costs until the end of the week....

I replied to one of there adverts, long term in Crawley, I spoke to the boy in the office who said the job was 4/6 weeks long, he asked me to register & wanted my work references & then he'd get back to me, 2 weeks later still not heard back!. It was a fake advert to get me to register & to use my work references as a means to try & get business from them. Complete waste of time like all agencies!!.
