Excellent product and fast shipping
I’m always hesitant to order internationally as you never know if or when you will receive your product. I’m familiar with the quality of PSoS and was super happy with my product but was equally happy to receive it faster than expected.

Poor delivery service
I don’t understand why you use UPS for delivery. The parcel gets delivered to a “ Hub” instead of to a home address. The Hub is closed for holidays and so my parcel has returned to UPS depot and I have no way of finding out where it is or when I will receive it, or of having it delivered to an alternative address. Who knows when I’ll be able to use and review the actual items 🤷♀️

From what we can see is that we managed to change that to a home delivery for you considering the wait for the holidays at your closest access point for you to not have to wait to enjoy your new products from us. Of course sometimes these things can be out of our control of access points closing for holidays and we sincerely apoligize and will change the address with the courier when this occurs. We placed the order beginning of June…
We placed the order beginning of June and it took more than a month for it to be delivered and then required quite a lot of additional import duties so we have returned the order. We had ordered meanwhile PS of Sweden tack from a shop in UK which arrived the next day. We would otherwise not have been able to ride our new pony for a month.

Full Fly Veil
Website, ordering and the service excellent. However the ears on the fly veil were described as "stretchy" - they are not! The mare has particularly long ears and having searched high and low for a veil the fits properly. The description and the size chart showed it to be perfect. Not quite there!

Product arrived quickly and as promised! Unfortunately the website wasn't working well when I ordered and I ended up getting charged 2x and receiving two shipments. PSoS was immediately responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I have no reservations recommending PS of Sweden to US buyers!

Every time I order from you there is an absolute fortune added to the parcel I have to pay before I can collect, your becoming an absolute rip off. On two pairs of your breeches I had to pay £115.00 on top for postage, I will not be buying again 😡

We really do understand your frustration over the fees. Unfortunately this is something PS of Sweden is totally out of control of, which we hope you understand. Custom charges will be applied to other parcels from the EU regardless what company.
We do of course want our customers to be aware of this when you purchase from us, even though this is something that has nothing to do with us. Therefore we have been doing our best to inform our customers about custom charges on several places at our website.
If you find something from us you want to purchase in the future, we can recommend you to buy from any of our retailers we have in UK. You can find them all on our website.
