Great service from start to finish. The whole process of buying the car was simple and straightforward, and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The car was in great condition and was provided with a warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. Everything was explained clearly, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Excellent service!
George was very friendly at the beginning, but unfortunately the aftercare was very poor.
A couple of days after buying the car, I noticed an oil leak and contacted them straight away. After that, communication became slow and unresponsive, despite several messages and emails.
I had also asked for the car to have an MOT. It did pass, but with advisories that were not clearly mentioned to me. This led to around £600 on tyres, plus another £90 for diagnostics on the oil leak.
Chris Killen did email me at one point with promises that the issue would be dealt with, but nothing meaningful came from it. For me, the main problem was the lack of proper communication and aftercare once the fault was raised.
The car itself is a great spec and generally in good condition, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. After checking other negative reviews, poor aftercare seems to be a common theme, so based on my experience I would be very cautious and recommend checking reviews carefully before buying from PSF Cars.

Friendly staff and a wide selection of cars. I was able to test drive a few different models without pressure. The sales associate gave me space to think. I appreciate that kind of sales approach. I’ll be back for my next car!
BEWARE! Sad to write this, but I would advise anyone considering buying a car from Chris/PSF to think carefully. Absolutely no after-sales support despite clearly mis-describing the car and it's service plan to get the deal over the line. Now ignoring emails and whatsapp messages and pretending the conversations didn't happen.
