This company was investigating a potential claim, so far it has taken approximately 2 to 3 years, a year ago a xray? Image was sent to a outsource consultant to view, now 12 months later i can only assume he hasn't seen it! I've left many many messages on their answerphone as no one answers the phone lines. Again today, 5th attempt to ring them, and again, nothing! Absolutely appauling customer service, when speaking to them previously they lacked any real enthusiasm or attention to the case, wish I'd never asked for their help. Don't use this company, they don't do anything in a hurry and don't even answer the phone. Find another firm.
