Just to clarify a few things:
We don’t sell shared proxies - all of our proxies are private.
Refunds are not possible, as stated in our User Agreement, since digital proxy services cannot be “returned” once delivered.
However, if you faced any technical issue, we always offer full assistance.
Some IPs may indeed appear in public databases — this can happen even with perfectly clean datacenter ranges.
Please reach out to us with your order ID so we can resolve this for you. We’re always here to help and make sure you get the quality you paid for.

Fast support that does nothing to solve real problems
Support will respond in minutes but leave your issues unresolved for extended periods of time. 99% uptime is a lie. If you need a specific IPv4 protocol (HTTP/SOCKS) for your use case, look elsewhere. Useless company.
It is fine to have some downtime. It is NOT fine to mislead customers and replace their proxies that were working on both protocols with ones that don't, without disclosing that information prior to replacement. It is also unacceptable to provide no information other than "we have forwarded the issue to our technical team", when the issue has persisted for well over 24 hours. ProxyWing has failed to offer an estimated time of recovery, compensation, or anything of substance to remedy the issue. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Why is your proxy is getting worse with every new purchase I make? Is it your policy to give bad products to repeated customers? This is my third month and though you say you give 0 fraudscore proxies but all mines are bad! You dont even do refund, not also do change. It is like im paying you and done Im scammed. If you dont have stock why dont you stop selling and say you are stock out! Isnt it scam to say you give 0 fraudscore and giving 63 on evey proxy? Its getting on my nerve. Dont scam customers please, some of us depend on this.

Each proxy is sourced from Tier-1 ISPs. However, FraudScore values can differ across checkers because each one uses its own algorithms, databases, and IP reputation systems.For example, one service may flag an IP based on region-specific traffic or outdated third-party data, while another may show it as fully clean.
We never intentionally send poor-quality proxies or ignore.

For the second Saturday in a row, the proxies haven't been working. It's not just me, but my friends too. I spent half an hour on October 18th sending various screenshots, thinking it was a local issue. It turns out it was a common problem (why did you waste my time?). Today I logged in and it's still down. Tech support isn't even responding.
