I initially bought a few IPs for testing and was quite satisfied. Then today I bought some more (which I haven't used yet). While using the IPs from before, I discovered that they were NON-WORKING!
I've been waiting for three hours now since the problem started, and it's still not resolved.
I requested a refund specifically for the new IPs that I have never used even once. I am not asking for a refund on my active ones, yet they still refuse to give my money back.
The proxies are NON-WORKING. During this period, I was told once that it was fixed.However, the signal is very weak, the latency is extremely high, and the speed is very slow! that it’s impossible to upload videos or manage social media accounts.Then, after about five minutes, it stopped working again.（I used their tools for detection, which showed IP NON-WORKING and I also provided them with the evidence）
Stalling Support: Dealing with agents like Andrew and Igor is a nightmare. They keep pushing the responsibility to a "technical team" and refuse to provide any timeline. They even asked for screenshots of a "failed upload" while the proxy wouldn't even connect to the internet—absolute nonsense.

Stay Away from "Proxywing" My Real Experience
I’m posting this to warn you so you don’t lose your money like I did.
I used "Proxywing" expecting a reliable proxy service, but what I got was the complete opposite.
Most of the IPs I received were either flagged or simply didn’t work on websites. Completely useless for actual work.
Even the few IPs that initially worked would stop working quickly. Totally unreliable.
They clearly claim “refund if IP doesn’t work.” That’s NOT true. When I contacted them about non-working IPs, no refund was given.
They also claim they will replace IPs if they don’t work, but in my case, no replacement was provided even after requesting.
Instead of understanding and resolving the actual issue, support responds with generic replies. They simply open a website, send a screenshot, and claim the IP is working even though the same site works on a free VPN as well. They completely ignore the real problem and avoid proper troubleshooting.
I also provided all the evidence they asked for. I shared details of the issue and even sent screenshots as proof, but they still refused to acknowledge the IP problem and kept making excuses.
Every time I tried to explain the issue, I was met with excuses rather than any real help.
After my experience, the positive reviews don’t look real at all. It strongly feels like they’re controlled or paid to make the service look legit.
Do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY from Proxywings.
Not even for testing. Not even a small amount.
If something goes wrong, you’ll likely be stuck with non-working proxies, no replacement, and no refund.
I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Before making a purchase, this customer agreed to our Terms of Service, which clearly outline our refund and replacement policies. These terms were not hidden or applied after the fact.
During the subscription, we made three separate IP replacements at the customer's request - going beyond our standard support scope to help resolve the issue. After the final replacement, the proxy was confirmed to be working for the intended project.
It later stopped performing due to external factors on the target platform's side - something that is beyond our control as a proxy provider.
We made every reasonable effort to resolve the situation within the scope of our service. We're sorry the outcome wasn't what was expected, but the claims in this review do not reflect the full picture of our interaction.
We serve thousands of active customers, and our overall Trustpilot rating reflects the consistent quality of our service.
