I recently ordered a package from ProxyScrape totaling over $600. Shortly after placing the order, I realized it wasn’t suitable for my needs and promptly requested a refund. To my dismay, the customer service team informed me that they only offer refunds for packages under $100. This restrictive policy is not clearly stated on their website, and I feel misled. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I received no satisfactory response. I’m now out $600 with nothing to show for it. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and fully understand their refund policies before making a purchase.

$25 per month for 1,000 mixed proxies. But if they don't work for you... you can't exchange.... I receive more than 100 from the same IP 1.1.1.xxx and not even 1 was working to watch my Ads, You need to be lucky to receive 1000 and 1% working.

I bought a 1-day premium proxy plan from them just to check if they work, which was around 4 or 5 dollars and they give you 1k proxies for 1 day. After the purchase, they gave me proxies and thankfully the proxy did not work they kept saying in their chat support that the proxies were working but on my end, they were not, I used 2 to 3 software like adsPower and Go browser software both of them say proxy test failed, and when I ask for refund they said they won't give a refund on cryptocurrency, and I was like WOW, and I said I give you my card details and payment ss that I give you form cryptocurrency but they refuse and they banned me from there chat support, and non of the proxies are working. Just wanna say Screw you and your company, stay away from them if you wanna save your money.

They binded my order to a different email from auto fill and wont transfer my order (that i paid for with solana) to my account. DONT USE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT U!

I have an active plan with them and after suggesting ideas to fix their emails sent to us customers, I was banned from their discord. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

I have bought 1000 proxies and 99% of them are not working on most the websites. But they have refunded me with no question so thats a good sign at least.

I took their premium tiral, proxies dosent work at all, it works for few seconds and stops working for minutes then suddenly starts working again, because of this a 5 minute task takes hours to complete.
tried contacting support they always say that proxies are working on our end, they will ask to check the proxies with their software, it shows as proxies are online, but it dosen't work when we use them.
i even tried using the proxies on multiple devices, i keep getting err_empty_response on all devices, and their support doesn't help but pushes us to buy the subscription. if your trial is not working at all, how do you expect a user to pay for this kind of service.
pathetic and waste of time, its better to pay bit more and go with other providers
