Support is 0 every people here are not doing their job. proxy are not working well, and we just paying for service who are very bad. Dont trust this website. I did try to send them 100 emails and 2 hours in chat and never nothing is clear. it's just bots.

got scammed by Proxy seller website
i made a purchase on proxy seller website for residential proxy, It's been 3 hours, i'm trying to contact customer support regarding setup, they simply send me a video(Youtube video). A guy explained the setup but i think it's a old video and interface i'm seeing now on their website is different and once completed the setup a file downloaded in my PC but with no IP address info and i'm trying to reach them to resolve this issue for me but no one showing a little interest. I bought from them after checking their rating but i think they got a fake rating on their website

I don't even know where to get started. The worst customer support! When asked for a replacement proxy while being in frustration agent Karina ghosted off instead of showing an immediate effort to resolving the issue and left us hanging for hours and closed the ticket. Not all the agents were the same but majority of them had almost the same attitude where they leave you hanging for hours and just close the ticket without finding a solution to your problem your facing. We faced multiple issues with the ips purchased from this company, at the time we had no idea these ips had high fraud score between 95-100 which ultimately got our established reddit account and high profit IG acc flagged and permanently banned. We were still not sure if it was proxy specific issue or sometuing else so we tried setting up new IG accounts in the same IP which also got disabled right away. We then realised these IPs were all high risk ( they all had the highest fraud score) which was basically causing account related issues. Meanwhile we tested other ips purchased from a different company they all have 0 fraud score and not detected as a proxy by platforms like reddit IG tiktok etc... I don't know why there's a lot of positive reviews, don't fall for that, this company is def a scam!!
Update, few days after we shared our review, all they did was replace the proxy which we did not ask for which also had 98% fraud score this company is a joke. All the other reviews are obviously fake

Low quality and lowest speed proies they provide it took me more than 12 hours to contact support and replacement of proxy and they provide me even worse proxy in replacement. Their live chat is not even live. You receive reply after 1 hour and if you forgot to reply in 15 minutes they close conversation.

This service is the most traumatizing thing…
This service is the most traumatizing and time wasting service that ever was, yes, sometimes you get correct locations, but for someone like me who ordered more than 50 Proxies from these guys, 90% of them needed replacements, and even after replacements, they still had wrong locations, and their customer service is not just horrible, its the most disgusting thing i ever experienced during 5 years of experience with multiple services, they keep you waiting for hours and hours and hours as if they are only 2 people handling the worldwide demand, and when you finally get a response, its a stupid question that you already answered indirectly, like you tell them that my proxy is showing the wrong location, they tell you to send them a screenshot, after that, you show them, and 50 ùinutes later they send you again a screenshot that it is working for them just fine, while it doesn't matter at all if the client doesn't have the correct location, and then you tell them its not working for me, and you gotta wait again for another eternity, and then you get another wrong location finally as a replacement, and you ask them again, and your whole day is gone by just like this. And when you ask for a refund, they keep delaying you again just to make sure you go and close the chat yourself without them doing it
